We host nights like this to share something different—introducing bold flavors, celebrating vibrant traditions, and offering a new way to experience the Three Oaks distillery.
Set outdoors at sunset, the space will glow with tiki torches and tropical touches, creating a warm, welcoming backdrop for the evening. Guests will enjoy a Polynesian-inspired buffet, handcrafted island-style cocktails, and live entertainment including hula dancing and a fire performance.
There’s something magical about summer in Harbor Country—the golden light, the open skies, the slower pace. This evening blends that Michigan beauty with a playful tropical theme for a night that feels far from ordinary.

This year’s Polynesian-inspired buffet will feature a variety of island dishes including soy-ginger pork shoulder, grilled mahi mahi with coconut lime sauce, and Huli-Huli BBQ chicken thighs. Cold offerings include shrimp and avocado salad, soba noodle salad, and a tropical fruit slaw. Sides include coconut rice, sweet potato and taro mash, and grilled chili lime corn. For dessert, guests can enjoy coconut pudding squares (haupia), passionfruit crème brûlée, and mango cheesecake bars. Menu subject to change.
