In keeping with the tradition of having outstanding personalities and speakers, the Gary Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce a collegiate coach, radio announcer and studio analyst, Indiana Basketball Hall of Famer, and region native, Mr. Dan Dakich will be the keynote speaker for the Classic Luncheon this year.
Dan Dakich is a former player for Indiana University under Coach Bob Knight and interim head coach for the Hoosiers. He served as head coach for Bowling Green State, hosted The Dan Dakich Show on Indianapolis Radio WFNI-The Fan, and was an ESPN college basketball color commentator. Currently Dakich is a midday host on WXNT 1430 Indianapolis.
Dan will join us as the speaker for the Lakeshore Classic Corporate Luncheon on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at the Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana, Council Oak Steak House, 5400 W. 29th Avenue, Gary, 11:30 a.m., $50 per person.
