The Munster Police Department would like to thank Munster Mustangs Hockey for organizing a great fundraiser towards our 20th Annual Cops & Kids holiday shopping program for area children in need.
Their fundraiser, which was held this past Saturday, October 19th at the Kube Sports Complex, included the games, door prizes, raffles, and other fun activities resulting in a generous $1,420 donation towards our program.
The teams and coaches are pictured below with Officer James Ghrist and Officer Brian Hernandez.
We would like to especially thank Kathy Giba, president of Mustangs Hockey, for coordinating this fundraiser for our shopping program and appreciate everyone who attended and supported the event that day. Thank you again to the parents, players, coaches, and event attendees for your support of our Cops & Kids program and for helping others in need this holiday season!
