National Missing Children’s Day

  1. Home

Tue, 05/26/2020 - 2:36pm by laughingcat

Please read the following safety tips to help keep your children and teens safe:

• Talk with your kids, even teens, about stranger-danger.  Go over different situations and how to respond safely.  Encourage them to always stay aware and alert.

• Encourage kids to play, bike, jog, and walk in groups.  Strangers are looking for easy targets that they can approach with no witnesses around.  Drive your children to school if you can.

• Talk with kids about internet safety and encourage them to report anyone to you who is asking personal questions.

• Report suspicious individuals immediately in your neighborhood or parks by calling 911.
