
Broadway In Chicago is is delighted to announce that tickets for SPAMALOT are on sale now. SPAMALOT will play Broadway In Chicago’s CIBC Theatre (18 W. Monroe St.) for a limited two-week engagement, May 19-31.
SPAMALOT, which first galloped onto Broadway in 2005 after its 2004 world premiere in Chicago, features a book & lyrics by Eric Idle and music by John Du Prez and Eric Idle. The original Broadway production was nominated for fourteen Tony Awards and won three including Best Musical.
Following its critically acclaimed 2023 Broadway revival at the St. James Theatre in NYC, SPAMALOT is now on an all-new North American tour. Under the direction and choreography of Josh Rhodes , the production was praised for its inventive staging, design, and exceptional performances, reaffirming the enduring appeal of Monty Python’s distinctly British wit and comedic brilliance. The Broadway revival now brings its celebrated production to audiences across the country. Jonathan Gorst is the Musical Director/Conductor. The team also includes Matthew Brooks (Production Stage Manager), Anna K. Rains (Stage Manager) and Dani Berman (Asst. Lovingly ripped off from the film classic, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, SPAMALOT has everything that makes a great knight at the theatre: from flying cows to killer rabbits, British royalty to French taunters, dancing girls, rubbery shrubbery, and of course, the Lady of the Lake. SPAMALOT features well-known songs including “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life,” “The Song That Goes Like This,” “Find Your Grail” and more that have become beloved classics in the musical theater canon.

Major Attaway (King Arthur) is a Broadway, voice, TV, and film actor, director, and Twitch streamer from Fort Worth, TX. On Broadway, he starred as The Genie in Aladdin. Off-Broadway, he was heard as Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors . His voice credits include “One Piece,” “Dragon Ball Daima,” “Pokémon Horizons,” and “Gundam GQuuuuux.”
Sean Bell (Sir Robin, Guard 1, Brother Maynard). He/Him. Sean made his Broadway debut as Bobby in Harmony: A New Musical and received an Outer Critics Circle nomination for Outstanding Featured Performer in an Off-Broadway Play for his work in Irish Rep’s The Beacon. He’s done a bunch of other theater as well (arg uably too much?). Concerts: The New York Pops 40th Birthday Gala (Carnegie Hall), Manilow: Live in NY (Radio City). Chris Collins-Pisano (Sir Lancelot, The French Taunter, Knight of Ni, Tim the Enchanter) is gobsmacked he’s being paid to engage in this codswallop! In NYC, he has worked extensively with Forbidden Broadway, having performed as a member of their touring company, as well as Off-Broadway in Forbidden Broadway: Merrily We Stole a Song (2025 Drama Desk, Best Revue) and ...The Next Generation, plus the cabaret Forbidden Sondheim (MAC Award, Best Revue). L’OGAN J’ONES (Ensemble, u/s Sir Lancelot, u/s Patsy, u/s Historian) is a NYC based artist whose artistic expression exists in many ways both collaboratively and individually. An alumni of The University of Michigan, BFA in Musical Theater w/ a minor in Global Theater and Ethnic Studies, on stage, L’ogan has been a part of new theatrical works such as SpongeBob SquarePants on Broadway, the off-Broadway premier of Clueless the musical and the La Jolla playhouse premiere of Outsiders . L’ogan can be seen on TV and streaming in; “FBI: Most Wanted,” “Law and Order SVU,” “Doctor Death” and more! L’ogan recently made his feature film debut dancing alongside Ryan Reynolds in IF. On the creative side L’ogan has directed and choreographed shows around the US with multiple community theatre group, high schools and professional productions. Ben Lanham (Ensemble, u/s Sir Lancelot, u/s Sir Galahad). Ben has been seen on Broadway in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Bad Cinderella as the Master of Ceremonies and the Duc de Violette and as Phil Davis in Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, at Tuacahn Amphitheater. He has also danced on Amazon Prime’s “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” and “Making A Scene” with James Franco. This will be his 7th National Tour! Previous tours include Hello, Dolly! , Back to the Future, An American in Paris, Cinderella, West Side Story, Anastasia, and now Spamalot! He has also been seen dancing alongside the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall as well as in The Tap Dance Kid, at NY City Center Encores! In addition to Broadway/National Tours, Ben has been seen in over 30 regional productions across the country as well as the Inaugural Lincoln Center Honors in NYC. He is a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association and a dance graduate of Oklahoma City University. This show is dedicated to his late mother who instilled a love of the arts and taught him to “Always look on the bright side of life.”
