If you need paper state tax forms, you have three options:
Print your forms from the Indiana DoR website. If you don't have a printer, you can use ours during walk-in hours, or use print.lcplin.org for curbside pickup. Printing costs 5 cents per page.
- We will print a packet of the most common forms for you. You can purchase a packet at the front desk. Packets will cost $1 for forms only, $4 for instruction booklets only, or $5 for both.
- Hard copies of state tax forms may also be available at the Indiana Dept. of Revenue office located at 1411 E. 85th Ave, Merrillville, IN 46410.

Question: Where can I take my kids to go ice skating in the area?
Answer: Here are a few locations offering ice skating:
- Central Park Plaza, Valparaiso (1 hr private rentals only)
- Midwest Training and Ice Center, Dyer (pre-registration required)
- Deep River Water Park, Crown Point (admissions must be purchased in advance)
We highly recommend checking with each venue before you attend as the current health crisis may cause last-minute changes in hours and availability.
If you choose to ice skate, be sure to follow all of the health and safety rules put in place by each venue.
