World War II Original War Relief Poster Exhibition Opens : Work, Fight, Give: Fighting From the Homefront
In recognition of the 75th anniversary of the end of World War II, South Shore Arts is pleased to present Work, Fight, Give: Fighting from the Homefront, now open through April 12, 2021 at the South Shore Arts gallery located inside the Center for Visual & Performing Arts, 1040 Ridge Road in Munster, Indiana, 46321. The exhibit features a collection of over 60 World War II propaganda and relief posters, now considered to be both artifacts and artworks.

MAC Hits High Note with "Piaf! The Show" Stream February 28th
The McAninch Arts Center (MAC) presents a streamed performance of “Piaf! The Show” 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28. This multi-media production, recorded at Carnegie Hall, is inspired by the life of the legendary Parisian, and features Piaf’s unforgettable songs, complemented by a visual tapestry of photographs and images of famous locations of the Piaf era.

Broadway In Chicago announced today that the Lincoln Center Theater production of MY FAIR LADY, previously scheduled for May 12 – 23, 2021, at the Cadillac Palace Theatre, will now play June 28 – July 10, 2022.
Pegasus Theatre Chicago Receives NEA Grant
Pegasus Theatre Chicago has been approved for a $20,000 Grant for Arts Projects award to support the Young Playwrights Festival (YPF). This project supports in-school and production programming for the Festival. YPF is among 1,073 projects across America totaling nearly $25 million that were selected during this first round of fiscal year 2021 funding in the Grants for Arts Projects funding category.
